I think it only stops any effects after its played.
so if sun was played first, not sure if it was by your small description, it wouldnt counter the effect, only subsequent effects.
If there were no luck in TCG, how boring would that be?

The [card]Crown of the Border[/card] was attached to Wreckwood before the under the sun was played ?

Just to be sure:
The [card]Crown of the Border[/card] was attached to Wreckwood before the under the sun was played ?
It my have activated right after that Turn. But the card states that the opponents cards cannot effect this characters attack etc. Shouldn't it counter all effects?
