whenever i complete my crow deck will it be good to use in the elo room?

It will be good to compete to a certain extent, but to reach...say...1800+, you might have a problem.

At the moment, Crow decks aren't top tier deck, so it'll be really hard beating the better decks.

Crow got problems against attack power house like zill, unless you got bunny the winning chances are slim

at level 10 is a crow level nice? im using a pack deck at the moment but i would like to change

At your level if you have decent crystal to make one, with [card]Toran the regent[/card],[card]Karasu kage[/card] and [card]Ogooe kage[/card] it would be devastating for other opponent at your level.

Although I must have to admit it's a bit costly with marauder's top cards like [card]Warrior's fury[/card]

The rest of the core cards like [card]Lucky charm[/card], [card]Karajutsu[/card], [card]Diasagreement[/card] and [card]Tsume[/card] are pretty cheap tho

Let see..
Tsume cost 5k each (need 3)
Lucky charm 800 to 900 each (need 1 or two)
Toran the regent cost 9k at lv.1
Karasu 1k at lv 1
Disagreement cost 100 to 300 each (need 2)
Karajutsu cost 500 each (need 3)
Tadaa! Cost 20k need 1 at least to be good

It's hardly possible making a new deck with 30 k cryst, maybe 80k to 100k will do

Sorry to break it to you only toran will get the +4 while the others get the usual +2 i think

im pretty sure they all get +2 just like the card says
