we could have this new format f batles:
1 - you can challenge somebody to a best of 3 game;
2 - the two players play for elo points, 10 points if you win -10 if you lose, +10 if you didn't loose any match, -10 if you didn't win one, -10 if you quit the challenge after accepting it and +10 for each battle you won
3 - you can't chalenge the same player more than 2x per week so players with multi accounts wouldn't benefit of easy elo points
plus: on the 2nd and 3rd matches you can use a "side board", 5 extra cards to support decks, you can exchange these cards in between the matches to suit your opponent

in the future we could even use cards to seal a match, so if you win you keep both cards on the stake... (making the game a bit meaner >-) )

Do you mean by that -10 Elo if you decline a challenge? That would be pretty harsh and I'm definitely against it. And playing for cards? No way! What's the point in that?

-10 if you drop the chalenge after you've accepted it... i'm sorry didn't make it clear
it means if you play the first game but don't play the second for whatever the reason, you lose 10 pts

and about betting cards it's a very personal suggestion...

hm, if anyone wants to bet cards, then go for it. I wouldn't accept any challenge doing that. With the rest I do not see any issue, so why not. At least you might be able to get some Elo points since hardly anyone is playing in the Elo room anymore...

it has nothing to do with elo, but actuelly into formalizing a few matches to make the game more interesting...

it should also be an option for clan wars... we could have a "clan elo rating" and stuff
