Thanks for all the ideas! I see lots of potential in all of the suggested decks, and I am also now one of the believers of chaining as much as possible in a witchblade build. I tried Helena, she seems to be asking for an entirely different build unless you run Dragon's Wit (as some of you have suggested), but otherwise she's a house.

I also considered running 2 Unleash Hell for turns 3 and 6 exclusively, but I'm thinking the fact that you can't chain from it is quite a drawback.

I'll be tuning my decklist a little more, thanks for the help.

in my opinion to build a succesful deck we need one more good witchblade and more good witchblade cards in moment there is no point other than fun to build one.

I've never been a fan of using the sisters separately, because the loss of another character is pretty sad, and in the event one of the sisters is knocked out it gets easier for your opponent to take the rest of your team down.

This is all theory talk from me though, I am open to testing it.

Tried testing the unfused sisters before and realised that the damage range for Moira is terrible once Eglantye (Can't remember the spelling) dies. No doubt the defense bonus is great, but I would prefer a 3rd character with high physical dmg (Helena or Bomzar) until the 3rd Witchblade appears.

Helena is fantastic if you have most of the marauder cards (i.e. Assassinations, Time to Die, etc.), where you will build a Marauder deck with a hint of magic.

If you are more budget minded, Bomzar is good with Magic Attacks, I hate Brawlers, being a Golem (Blade of the Witch), etc. This will be more suited towards mage builds.

My witchblade deck is currently a WIP. Would like some advice on my target build:

3x Blade of the Witch
3x Ice Barrier
3x Ice Coffin
2x Ice Shield
2x Sword of Light
3x Guardian's Benediction
2x Dragon's Armor
2x The Best Defense

The part I don't know about is the heroes. The 3 witches; sisters fused, Anazra + Bomzar; or sisters fused, Anazra + Zahal (Guemelite)?

Advice on the heroes to choose and the deck would be appreciated.

Also combine Eglantyne and Moira cause with witchblade they baddies! Then either use Zahal for defense or Bomzar for a pseudo-witchblade.

Edit: I use Bomzar for psuedo-witchblade, btw I used Zahal too, both work I just like getting +3 attack.

Edit yet again: You might also consider dropping 1 Bolt, Cape, & Unleash Hell or 3x Sword of Light for 3x Magic Attack..... IT WIN GAMES!

I think Flicker of Hope is too situational to be effective if compared to I hate Brawlers, which is a constant +3 Defense + Chain (normally works against majority of decks). And chaining of Light spells are very dependant on Anazra. I haven't tested it yet though .

My thought would be: What if I draw all 3 Flicker of Hope?!?! Flicker of Hope indeed... no pun intented .

i run pilk, aero, prophet and dont have money for rod or lightning 3. but i played against anazra, moira/ eglantyne, and erevant. they completely destroyed me

Judged by this criteria the large majority of the possible decks in this game are a complete fail.

No, i'm someone who doesn't call a deck "fail" just because it loses against those kill-all Noz-mages.

And besides of a select few other top tier decks, nearly anything will lose against those mages. So you'd have to call each and every deck a complete fail if it isn't part of the top tier.
If you want to stand a chance against the best, you have to play the best. But just stop calling mid-tier decks "fail" just because they can't compete with the best of the best.

Lightning Bolts do sound interesting, they definitely need some more offensive punch. But with the rather low spirit score of the blades i'm not all that excited about it.

-I removed [card]Ice Barrier[/card] as i think this card wasn't made for swordmages.
-I also removed [card]freeze[/card] because there we have 3 magic attack and RoDs to fight those darn golems.
-Thought about using [card]Lightning bolts[/card] V3 but the damage wouldn't be worth the price if I compare it with [card]Unleash hell[/card]. But I may be wrong.
-I use 2 [card]Ice Coffin[/card] because I just hate having 3 of them in hand on first turn.

The new combo seems to be Dragon's Wit + Narwale + Ice Coffin + Ice Coffin. Or just Dragon's Wit + Narwale would do as well.

Interesting. Thank god I grabbed dragon's wit when it was still pretty cheap (around 300 crystals).

I bought 2 Narwhals and tested a few games. So far, it works nicely if your opponent's defense isn't too sky-high. It might work better if the line-up is Sisters-Anazra-Naya, I'm using Helena at the moment.

And the Coffin-Coffin combo with it is too rude for words.
