I've have been in several situations where the opponent has zero cards in their deck, and yet they do not lose. I recall in the tutorial that if you can't draw, you automatically lose the game. Now I can understand it being that you actually have to 'draw' nothing to lose, so by having a full hand with zero cards in deck and not playing any cards to prolong the game is perfectly fine and logical, but more often then not I'm sitting with a full hand and multiple cards in my deck whereas my opponent has 3 in hand and zero cards in deck and doesn't lose the game. Can't tell you how many times I've been cheated of a win because they don't lose from an empty deck.

You lose at the end of the turn in which you cannot draw a full hand. So, if your opponent has 1 card in deck, and 3 in hand when he starts the turn, and draws that final card, he has until the end of the turn to win, or else he will lose.
