Powder mechanic revamp!
Might just be me QQing but I am sick of the: [card]supplying[/card] spam+[card]potato peeling duty[/card]+[card]flames of the Phoenix[/card] v.2=win.
So I suggest every turn all non-pirates lose 2 powders (or atleast 1).

Pirates are rather weak atm, this is the only trick that sets them apart from default beatdown decks and it's tied to a unique card that doesn't guarantee a win (like IHAS does vs some decks). The Powder mechanic is fine for now...
