crown of the border vs courtesan cards (manipulation, OV, ect.)
ok here's what happen i went up against a courtesan deck. he's doing his OV and manipulation combo i use my crown of the border but it didn't work my char still got the -2 on manipulation. he's manipulation activated first before mine does that mean that the crown should activate first?

Crown of the Border prevents stat malis AFTER it is activated, meaning it is played and activated. Any cards played prior to it being played, still count.
