noz'dingard deck noob help

i have a problem with my deck... i dont understand my cards argh!!!

what are the most convenient character cards in noz'dingard guild and the cards you use for your characters... whatchamaycallitagain? the cards you draw from your deck?

sorry im just new here... and i think i made a huge mistake choosing the noz'dingard guild...

anyways... pls help me T.T with my deck...

If you are new to TCG's i would recommend swapping to Zil or Kobata, with Noz you basicly need good sprit and Spells that do Sprit +x dmg
