And [card]Blast[/card]. You need an Emperor's Speech to make Iro the Duelist lvl 4.

How works the number of copies with their evolved chars/cards? I mean, If I make a Lightning Bolt lvl 3 I cant use Static Charge. Same occurs with The SHadow and Dark Stone Heart? For Iro, if I use him lvl 4 I can only have 2 copies of The Emperor's Speech in my deck? If someone can clear this rules for me I would greatly appreciate it.
