I Lost 2 Basic booster and 1 kotobo booster!!! :-(

PLsss Help I Lost 2 Basic booster and 1 kotobo booster, Can the game moderators plss refund me.. I dont know what happend I bought the boosters but it took to long to load and look at what was inside them so I keep on closing the window because I was in a hurry to buy them all because of the XP card promo.. And also last time I did this but there were new cards in my collection now there is none plsss Help sad
