Lost crystals

Hi.

I had around 4500 crystals when I logged off earlier today and I had Last Word for sale at 50000 crystals. Logged back in around 30 minutes ago and the card had sold, but I only had 47000 crystals in my account?

Wasn't sure where to post, couldn't see a section to speak to mods/admin. Any help please?
