Question about some trophies

Hi!!! I want to have some trophies, precisely The Pleader, and I saw that I have to get the following characters(Kararine, Orzine, Ahlem, ecc) at their final level. The question is: Can i buy those characters at their final level or I must level them up?

you can buy them, the idea is that they must all be in your deck at that lvl at the same time..

weeell I'd say they have to be in your collection, because it's impossible to have them all in the deck.
