How do you use Glacius' effect? what is winter championship?

Tried it out a while ago. It equips, but nothing happens. I don't know what winter championship is. It must be some upcoming event, and that's probably the only time Glacius will work.

Yeah I am still fairly new and even I knew not to put this in my deck but I am getting a good laugh at those who are.

Yeah but never said he was in my deck, "WINTER CHAMPION" kinda told me some thing was coming thats why I said "looks fun". GET IT NOW?
