If the oposite character share the same caste as your front character or if is a mercenary, all the oponent charatcers lose 2 health points (like the skill of kimiko).-

correction, it's not the same caste it's the same guild 
Oh and btw, this card won't work against sap. coz sap drinks coffee only lol...

Maybe you're right, no wonder they almost as healthy as nomads xD
Most of the sap heart clan got 14 hp and up, almost as healthy as nomads I tell you!! 
All thanks to genuine chinese green tea they drink every day before going to battle xD
