On top of the horrendous lag, people leaving, random disconnects, game freezes, and time expirations, it's just almost impossible to get one game in. Even if you are lucky enough to get a game, it is slow freakin slow it takes 30+ minutes for every single game.

What I want to know, as a paying customer, what is Feerik doing to address this problem? They do not communicate with their player base AT ALL. They don't even give release notes showing what bugs they are attempting to stamp out. I mean even a slight show of effort or communication would make everyone less aggravated about their overall efforts.

So Feerik where are you? What are you doing? I'm tempted to go back to League of Legends (along with my money $$$) because at least their dev team responds to their customers.

There is communication and showing of effort if you look.

I'm just as frustrated as you man. Some days are just impossible. An approximate date stating when this massive server issue could be resolved might help. It kinda feels we're just left to carry on and put up with it as it's been going on for so long now.

I find it strange how often people bring these things up.

I live in Australia, which isn't really an awesome internet capital of the world, and the only problems I generally encounter are either people leaving or time-outs from them, which is more to do with the players than anything.

About four times since I've started playing I've had the game not allow me to click ANYTHING but it timed me out and the opponent got their win and such, but that has yet to happen to me again since probably two weeks ago.

It might be the times when you play, it might be geography, I don't know, but I never found there to be that many issues?

Agreed. I've had it happen to me a few times, but those times are the exception rather than the rule, and they don't usually last for very long either. At most, I've been disconnected 3 times in a row. Then I reset my connection and I was fine. So whatever is happening with others doesn't seem to be affecting me overly much here in Canada.

Random disconnects is a big problem.
People would waste their game time on Re-connect and loading...

I expect they could corrdct the problem one day...

The biggest issue is that servers can't manage the amount of people playing at te same time. This happens for about 4-5 hours in between 2 pm - 6-7 pm (GTM -3).

Of course Feerik know it. I'm frustrated too because i also pay to play this game. Feerik is doing something about, since yesterday they changed the room system, to a more annoying one, but probably a temporary solution for them. I really hope they are willing to invest on some more servers or whatever they need to improve the users capacity.

I agree a lag issue is there but i still complete my games in about 10 - 15 minutes depending on the opposing player. What i would definately like to see is the realization of cards quicker by the server or game engine .... ie: when u see a card played but it takes 30 + seconds for it to take effect or when a character is played it takes 30+ seconds for the bonuses for turns and abilities to take place....
That is what slows the game down the most ...
Other than that this is the best online ccg i have played to date ...
