how can one make priests good
they just heal themselves

Well you can`t make them good if you only have priests in your group. I use 1 priest with 6 theurgy cards, Although I`m low on supplies with crystals I only use [card]Pray for healing[/card] and [card]Spiritual duel[/card] but if I could I would definitely use [card]exaltation[/card] and [card]sacred nova[/card]. Keep in mind to make their spirit high with +spirit and chain.

Trust me.. it works

Well you can use:

1. [card]Spiritual Duel[/card], which frankly I think belongs in every priest deck.

2. [card]Sacred Nova[/card]

and

3. [card]Epic Fury[/card]

Priests deck needs "a new start to win" most of the time, they just outlast oponents.

cursed bigblades also work well in a priest deck. And if you run a nomad priest deck, solar's anger for 2 characters is great. The bigblade + anger gives your character 14/14 damage, and you leave one as a priest to heal you. I've got a pretty good win rate with that setup

I've done well with the three nomads (Iolmarek (good version), Ahlem, and Orzine). With Ahlem and Iolmarek in there, Orzine starts with 3 spirit. Throw an oath of faith on her, the bigblades and solar's anger on the other two, and you've got lots of health and damage potential.

Yilith can use the Paladin's hammer, which certainly adds to her own survivability, but not necessarily to the rest of the party.

eternal for offense
and craftsman to buff the eternal

Emerald Sword is good, especially if you dislike the Cursed Bigblade's health loss. But, if you like risky plays, the Bigblade is where it's at. Especially since you heal since you're a bunch of priests.

However it is true that a deck with one support priest generally works better than one with a full set of priests. If you plan to use Epic Fury there should be at least two in the deck. If only The Eternal could use Epic Fury *sigh*
