New ice spells
Hi, i was a little confused about the new spells that were released today, so i was wandering if these spells could be played by any mage of the Noz Dingard envoys that are not witchblades.. Please answer me :s

Nope. They are WitchBlade caste cards, being only WitchBlades can use them.
It's just like that Courtesan Shadow Spell, Debate. Only like, three people can use it.

Well, there are a couple other spells that let you ignore restrictions, if you really want to play them....

I BELIEVE THE TOMB IS USELESS xD
You need to have equiped 1 or 2! items to get a similar effect to light sword
Noz and zil and some kotoba kill in just 1 round
