Initiative

Haven't seen this one here yet, but am sure many hava asked themselves what the Initiative+1 is supposed to mean on Akutsai. If anyone knows the answer, please let me know (pure curiosity)

when the game is about to start there's like a roll die to know who beggins so that's what the +1 means
