how can a french guy have stoneeater, but still is just lvl 18 ? i think you have to be lvl 20 to get it?

No one is allowed to sell Collector cards on the market.

At the very beginning of the game, all the Collector cards were buyable without any level restriction. At this moment it was very expensive, so only a few people bought it, but that's why this lvl18 guy has a Stoneeater.

Cant you buy everybody for the trophy that gives you stoneeater by then. I say this because that is the only other way I know of to get stone eater.
