If you ignore defence (mage or crow) its bunny 100%. If you need to kill your oponent faster its not so clear, but fallback is useless vs mages, crow, scroll of imobility, magic attack, and all other defence lowering things.

It's not bunny always, but mostly. Fallback is good meta against elfines and double attack but not many run that right now.
