you need to have level 25 to have that Card i dont know if someone is that level allready to be honest i not even seen a level 20 sofar.

This card can theoretically be obtained possibly at lvl 16 when you are able to buy [card]Mental siphon[/card] a card for "the hero" trophy however this trophy seems unattainable at the moment because the card 'let the master handle it' is missing or is yet to be implemented.
also its [card]the door to infinity[/card] for people who want to see what it does and that dont already know
