hi I'm making this deck and i would like to know your opinion

The main objective of the deck is use the clonings to clone the bolts; and if u do with marlok´s 4 spirit it is a very good damage; also use ice barriers in Ishaia to increase your defence and if the oponent plays a nehantic stone heart galmara with 2 life devourer is very usefull
what do u think? any recomendations?
i'm not convinced about the statics charges

I'd lose the static charges for Manipulation. I'd also maybe drop 1 Cloning for A New Start if you can get it.

Marlok is too easy to kill. Chances of you getting him and possibly even ishaia one shot are high.

him seem crap to me i play a similar deck but i just use noz mages would be great if marlork dindnt do -1 spirt und galamara can only play fire spells so when you really want to play this you should take burn in hell because he can play that great and his spirt dosnt matters. otherwise you need long to build up and by than you problay dead or just out of cards.

Marlok the Repentant in a mage deck isn't exactly a good idea. Reducing the power of your allies could be a big detriment against other mage decks, (think about that a moment, it's not all about your power.)
Although not a courtesan, Golemarlok allows for a lot more staying power, (and gives a second backup to your Life Devourers on Ishaia, just in case she dies quick.) Also, if you switch something out with steal, he can turn a bad situation good quick. That's my opinion anyway, I'll probably be shut down by someone. 
As for Galmara, can't help but think he wouldn't be living up to his full potential, but... you did say you wanted a courtesan deck.
