I recently upgraded Amaya to the thunder guemelite version and had an interesting (to me anyway) idea for a tracker deck.

Amaya
Malyss
Tsuro

Standard tracker deck fare (emblems, masks, shuriken, firons, daggers, assassination, etc), but add to that a few lightning bolts and static charge for Malyss and Amaya, and some ice barriers for even more defense.

The idea is that because Amaya is a thunder guemelite, she can use spells like static charge and lightning bolts (including the AOE versions). Obviously her printed spirit sucks, but if you add 3 teacer emblems to it, it's not bad at all, and since very few decks these days run without any items, you're doing decent damage.

The question is whether or not adding those thunder spells takes away from the effectiveness of the rest of the deck.

Static charge is a cool idea, but lightning bolts is Noz only, unfortunately.

Right, forgot about that. So you would still take 2 static charges (one for malyss and one for Amaya), then mostly defensive spells for Malyss I would assume, along with a few ...than the sword.

I saw a Foamie using sap spells yesterday, Maybe Geums get the same ignore restriction as golems?

No they don't. But Foamie is a golem/guemelite.

Hime can only do war spells, so therefore cannot do static charge

We know that race trumps class bc non-mage guems cast spells.
I think race may also trump guild, so I wouldn't throw out the idea until there is clarification. Why else would zil have nature guemelites?

Race doesn't.

And at this moment some Zils are Nature Guems just because they are.
Simple as that xD

My current tracker deck is Tsuro Malyss Hime

3 Emblem 3 Mask 3 Shuriken 2 Close Shave 3 Ice Barrier 2 Katamaru 3 Art and 1 Assassination until I get Finish Him, Fatality and one more Assassination to replace the Katamaru and an Art.

Seems pretty standard.

It's supposed to be only for items, but thanks to a bug he can use sap spells.
It's one of the many thing that dev are supposed to be "working on a fix", so I don't know how long this bug will stay.
