Almost every trainning match i get into I find that my oponnent either doesn't care or doesn't know how trainning works! almost everyone plays like a regular game! maybe if there was a pop-up that openned when you entered the trainning rooms or something else explainning the rules for trainning this could be averted!

Training won't work to its fullest with people you haven't met before.
As a matter of fact, you do get more exp when you win....
That is probably why most people won't do anything to help you with the Turn bonuses.

That is a problem with the matches in the training room. A lot of players do not know how exactly the games effect their character's experience and thus pay no attention to it. In addition to that you have newbies who just cannot know. Some people could give a rat's ass on whats going on and go for the win (I have even had people frustrated and leave in TR matches...).

All you can do is, when you face someone who plays like that, do not blow up in their face about it. Send them a cool PM explaining some of the ground rules. Keep spreading the word and eventually things will get better.

I've been doing that for sometime, but most of the time players just act like they don't care about it!

We all feel your pain man. That is one of the main reason we've started out little english players coalition. So, as is my solution to just about any problem in the game not involving bugs, come to the chat!! I'd venture a guess at 100% of the players there are more than willing to play you proper training games, as well as helping you out with trophies or whatever else you can think of. well:

let me think ^^
item exp goes:

3 Exp per Fight
2 Exp per use
1 Exp per Training room
1 Exp per Foilcard
Character goes:

2 Exp per winning
1 Exp per surviving
2 Exp per surviving with full HP
1 Exp per every use of the order abilitys
1 Exp per Training room
1 Exp per Foilcard

so basicly if u enter a trainingsroom be sure to activate your order ability every round and be nice to help your "sparing partner" to get the same.
This way it is posible to get a lot more exp. Cause if everyone plays along u get a lot more trough activation than this 1 point for winning.

edit ah yes I was wrong I changed it, but I didn´t confim it myself so maybe there is something wrong after all

Kinda wrong I think. I earn 8 EXP in trainingroom when I´m using orders twice. We´re fighting till round 8.

Nop - to get 8 I do need foil (says your explenation) - but I have no foilcards. If it helps:

The Loser of us just gets 6 EXP (no foil cards)

you don't need a foil card to get 8 xp from trainning!
let's do the maths here:

1 xp for trainning room!
2 xp por winning!
1 xp for surviving
2 xp for surviving with full health (I'm assuming you won a perfect victory with all characters at full health)
2 x 1 xp for order activation (1 xp for each order activation, wich means 2 xp in this way)
+____________
8 xp without foil card!
