Level Up Lobbies are based on player levels only, but I have ended up in fights with players around my level who have crushed me with their incredibly expensive cards. What this means is that there are people who not only can, but want to spend more money on this game than I ever will. I've already spent about 50 USD on the game if not more.
I suggest new lobbies be made available for players who have purchased Fee'z within the last 3 weeks. These lobbies are categorized according to the total amount of cold hard cash each player has spent on the game in a life time. Only the ones a player qualifies for will be visible to him or her.
Here is a following example of how the lobbies could be ordered.
Merchant's Road 1: Available to players who've spent £10 or less on Fee'z and made a shop purchase in the last 3 weeks.
Merchant's Road 2: Available to players who've spent £11 to £25 on Fee'z in their life time and made a shop purchase in the last 3 weeks.
Merchant's Road 3: Available to players who've spent £26 to £50 on Fee'z in their life time and made a shop purchase in the last 3 weeks.
Merchant's Road 4: Available to players who've spent £51 to £99 on Fee'z in their life time and made a shop purchase in the last 3 weeks.
Merchant Square: Available to players who've spent at least £100 on Fee'z in their life time and made a shop purchase in the last 3 weeks.
The good things about this suggestion are as follows.
1. It gives players another incentive to purchase Fee'z and on an annual basis no less.
2. It will offer players an opportunity to find matches more suitable to them simply because they can afford more or less than other players due to the differences in budgets and willngness to pay.
3. It certainly isn't free, but it isn't required to enjoy the game. It is simply a convenience awarded to paying players.

Another way to find more even matches is to play against someone you know. Try dropping by the English players chat room. Were always up for some order based training matches as well as just about anything else really. There are a few high level players in there that are more than willing to help you out anyway we can.
