No it's not, E&G lvl 3 counts as the level 3 of both, so you can't her either of the separate sisters with it.

thanks. was just curious. if ever i were to leave the 2 lvl2 witchblades apart, which character would best be the 3rd?

I used anryena for the third. Witchblades is a tough deck but they get seriously left out when they reach higher levels of play specially when fighting against a tier of lvl4 and above characters. Upgrading them to lvl3 does not seem so appealing =/. Maybe if they release aerount's mother then they can beat the crap out of those abominations and shadows smile). I really love the witchblades they were my fist deck.

hell is when you drew 3 arcaniums at round 1
