We all know that only a few decks can make it to the top 10.
My question is rather simple : What is the least expensive top decks guild? Zil, Noz, Kotoba or Nomads?
I think Zil is clearly the most expensive just because of the Abomination.
But which is the least expensive one?

Might be the tracker deck now with the new cards.
If there were no luck in TCG, how boring would that be?

The trackers aren't all that good, I haven't faced one thats beaten my Fenrath deck. Then again that deck's win rate is 9/10.

Mercenaries and trophies are underrated.

Well....having a dagger deck...it sucks.
One card to basically nuetralize a whole deck blows chunks

Yeah, but at least they can only use it three times right, lol.

even once sucks, especially in the opening 3 rounds.
unless you can one shot them the next time through its usually game over

Yeah, traker's is not bad now. Think about mercenari's deck, not expensive card's and really good with Hares about healing card's...

Well, I realized that the Noz are the bane of my fenrath deck, the kotoba, any of them, seem to just fall apart. I think its because I use 3 O!G and [card]Scroll of Immobility[/card]

I'm in the same boat, Rath - A Close Shave pretty much shuts me down completely at this point.
Seems like that was the intention though, from what I hear, Zil daggers were ruling ELO rooms and this was tech to evolve the metagame. The good side is that daggers are getting cheaper, so maybe I can stock up and play them again when Shave falls out of favor.

I think theres a stark difference between making other decks competitive, and basically making the only deck in top ELO opbsolete.
Its creates an interesting dynamic though:
Daggers now suck because everyone (or will be soon) is running a tracker deck in ELO to beat them.
So soon it will be all trackers in top spots, but then what? Trackers have weak spots, so you'll see more Noz and Kotoba deck to counter them, leaving way for daggers to return....
Maybe ELO will be more balanced because of it, but I'll be damned if I don't see trackers and just want to quit the game, given how powerful a rock it is to my scissor that I'll win maybe 10% of the time currently if that....
Thats not challenging....its just unfair/unfun. For any deck.

Stop relying so much on daggers maybe?

Now you can imagine how everyone else felt meeting Dagger deck before, its karma

You can also just live with the fact that you cannot be prepared for every deck nor can you beat every deck either.
I shudder when I see a Noz deck when playing my kots, yet I know for a fact in other encounters, people feel the same thing when they see my trio facing them.
A personal suggestion would be, stick with whatever you like playing. If you like your Zil marauder deck then so be it. If you have troubles against trackers, find a way around them with your deck.

Like I said, I figure that the play field will balance more after Close shave makes daggers obsolete for a few weeks. It'll be variety in top ELO by then. Just the "see your opponent, know if you've won or lost from the start" game seems unfun the more it folds out to me, even if I was on the winning side....I'd rather have a deck that takes some thought to it...
Been tempted to alter away from Daggers for a while anyway with marauders. Sounds silly yes, but given Shadow and Abom (niether I've gotten yet but thats moot ) both are dual class, it might be worthwhile to examine a twist on the deck, centering more on its warrior side.....
Anyway, back on subject:
Went looking through the potential topend decks. Pack decks are pretty cheap as well. I'm pretty sure Bestial is the most expensive card and the price has dropped on them signifigantly lately...
