Constantly Disconnecting..

Why oh why is everyone constantly being disconnected from the server..  If an update is going on, an announcement would be greatly appreciated.  If it's because something happened to the server, an announcement would be greatly appreciated.

Moral of this thread, an announcement on what is going on would be greatly appreciated.

Me thinks its some server reset. I have often seen the entire game 'crash'  for 2-3 minutes and then all the rooms are bare and empty. I doubt it has anything to do with maintenance. Maybe it is them doing a backup of the server and when it initiates it fries everything for a second?
