Is it just me or are the Kotobo massively overpowered. Especially now that new cards have been released for them. Cant wait to go up against a level 15 fully kitted out kotobo deck now. My Pack characters are done for.

If I understand corect you play zil, and zill is good only at dealing damage. At higher levels Kotobo gets masive boost to armor (and almost no boost to spirit, play Noz, join the dark side)

On the contrary this week's release will equilibrate things between Koto and Zil.
Zil were way too much powerful.

I havent beat a koto deck more than 10% of the time with my zil deck...
Xin alone kicks my butt every time
If there were no luck in TCG, how boring would that be?

It also depends how you play and which characters you use.
Xin can be a real pain in the...
I was mainly speaking of the situation in Elo. The Koto players have been complaining for a few weeks. For example in the last tournament there were 7 Zil among the first 10 players and 3 Zil on the podium.

Probably a high end thing then. I know for certain @lvl 3 heroes I'm getting whooped

Kotoba seem OP if you go the beatdown route without any tricks. If you play Zil, Scroll of Immobility helps you take down tanks like Xin. On the other hand, Xin is an easy target for Noz, which balances things somehow.
Trackers are a different story. I've played those a lot before todays new cards (which I can't wait to get my hands on once those drop a little in price) and it seemed fairly balanced against Noz, Zil and Nomads, but had some consistency issues due to the fact that one of the Trackers was a mage. Dragon Knights kick my butt, though.

So far i havent realy been scared of the kotoba
just gotta know how to handle them
some of them scrolls that make ***bip*** def 2 work wonders
magic attack (the card and the spells)
and as far as zil go just throw as many buff cards on them as u can and i cant see kotos lasting too long
remember its all about balance
make sure everything is what u need and you wont go wanting
