What exactly do you mean by that? And how are they supposed to work?

Through French suggestion forum, it seems to be some card that put bonuses or maluses for all characters depending of class and races.
For example: if you are in a swamp, charcaters with armor will have a -1 on defense or on attack (or both).

The developping staff do not have done their feelings about how it can work exactly.
