Lose through card-draw

Hello again,

ok, here's the question:
Under what conditions do you lose if you cannot draw cards again?

I thought it was if you're drawing, but you can't. The game tought me that I must have been wrong though...

at the end of the turn, if you can't get a 5/6 cards hand you must kill your opponent at the next turn or you will lose.

about the 5/6: some card effect allow you to draw 6, when you play that kind of card you must draw 6 instead of 5

Two more things possibly worth noting:

1) If both players get decked on the same turn, the winner is decided by normal Draw rules (score)
2) After your "final chance" turn (when you've run out of cards), the game will end even if you somehow manage to add cards back into your deck (for example, with "The Watcher"). I found this out the hard way.
