How do you get +EXP cards?

How do you get + EXP cards ?

Also, how do you train your second deck ? I am lvl 10 but now want to train a new deck with LVL 1 characters. And I kept losing all games because I keep fighting against all the LVL 2/3 characters now?

Besides, what do you do to raise your crystal ? I am new to the game thank you

EXP cards:
-small % of chance to get one by buying a 12 cards booster
-some trophies give them as rewards

LVLing a new deck:
about this point, its actually a bit difficult, you should find some player who's actually doing the same.

crystals:
-by playing (earn low)
-selling cards
-trophies
-...

Remember when you train a new deck that you get an extra XP points when you activate the order bonus of a card.

The best deck to do evolution is a very defensive deck with a lot of cards to activate order. OK, you loose the game, but you gain XP
