Why i can't use lightning bolt lv.3 at my deck??? is that someone facing the same problem with me??? please give me some suggestion

Eh are you using a Noz Dingard Deck?
Is one of your Characters a mage?
Because only Noz Dingard Mages can use it
Now, where is your God?

also remember that it's unique so you can't have more than one copy of it.

And it checks the number of lv2 versions you have in deck, remove all lv 1 and 2 versions and try ading again.

it kinda sucks that its unique it messes my deck up when it hits level 3
