Fairplay policy

Out of curiousity, does disconnection and browser crash (which did happen to me) affects fairplay? Now it seems I cannot access ELO rooms anymore and most of the time I dont' quit the fight except when it has disconnected or the flash hang.

Using chrome browser btw.
