I want to make a deck with Aez as the central character. Can anyone suggest some supporting characters and maybe some good combo cards to place in my deck? Thanks in advance. (For supporting characters, I'm thinking they should be mercenaries so that they get the boost from the sword and Aez)
This is what I'm thinking:
All is fair in love... x3
... and War x3
A Warrior's Fury x3
Armed and Ready x3
In the nick of time x2
Sword of the 5 Elders x3
That's an order! x3
I should probably put in some healing items or action cards, but I'm not sure what to put in and what to take out.

Hares the Runic of course, and maybe Axe dude (forgot his name) He got massive attack and great stats.
And we all need more Mercenary decks around, because Mercenary killer achievements is close to imposible now.

Or if you got lots of crystals you can play foam giant, he is the best mercenary warrior as of now.

Hares the Runic is definately a logical choice. At level 3 he neutralises Theurgy heals from opposing priests, which is awesome. Foam Giant is another good choice. He can play literally any item card in game, even those of foreign guilds. Personally I prefer Hares over Foamie, but it is varies from play style to play style.
If you do play Warrior's Fury (a marauder card) look into one of the different versions of Traquemage. He/she gets pretty nasty at level 3.
Lady Yilith is a great priestess and if buffed/equipped correctly can be the toughest character to kill in the entire game. Adda Lady Jane and you can have a nice Paladin sort of a deck that plays aggressive priests instead of other warriors.
The first. The best. MSN.

Here's what I'm running with right now:
Aez, king of Avalonia
Hares the Runic
Traquemage
All is fair in love... x3
...and War. x3
That's an Order! x3
In the nick of time. x2
Short Sword x2
Sword of the 5 Elders x2
Armed and Ready x2
Good Omen x2
Assassination x1
Going to switch Assassination with another Armed and Ready once I can afford it. What do you guys think?

What's the use of having 4 swords for 3 characters when they don't have dual wield ?

Better chance of getting one in starting round, when you really need them.

Yea, that's my thought process.

Well, if you have an extra sword, you should play Omen, it's quite useful when you don't actually need some item.
