turns all your opponents characters into mercenaries, haven't tried it yet. But I think if you use this card, for example your opponent uses a Blast off!! card (Kotoba only card) and you activated Suspicion of treason first the Blast off! card won't have activate cause the character now belongs to the mercenary guild and therefore can't use a Kotoba card, I think

You're right it's exactly how it's supposed to work.
Note that if you play this card against a Kotoba already equiped with a Wakizashi or Katana it won't deactivate the weapon.
