Loosing chain and cards not working

it happened to me a lot today that when playing necromancers, i couldnt chain any spell after they were resurrected by fake death.
also sometimes playing fake death didnt have any effect on the game, it wouldnt let me select any of dead characters for resurrection.

this had nothing to do with opposing cards effects at all. if there is a hidden effect that persist throught dead i dont know mabe thats it. otherwise plz fix this cant play amnesi at all

just happened again and this time i remembered to take a pick
