Power
Power isn't working properly. It is said that only if you play a spell you get the atk or SP +2 but you can play anything and still get it. Here's an example:

No bug here. If you play chain a spell after it, you get spirit +2. Else you get attack +2

Attack + 2 or Spirit + 2 if you play a spell as chain
You get + 2 attack if you play not a spell as chain.
It is not a bug.
