Amnezy(bonus) question

I would like to ask if Amnezy is totally immune to spells and theurgies or only to damage from spells and theurgies?

For example a [card]Magic Study[/card] won't hurt her, but what about [card]Demonic Portal[/card]? Will it function at all if I manage to make her a demon and invoke the portal with Compendium Secret? Or her attack will not be modified at all since it's a spell?

And why do so many people suggest [card]Dazzle[/card]? It is a Nomad card and it cannot be played when all the characters become mercenaries.

The best strategies against her involve characters immune to modifications like Shulong or Lady Yilith and craftsmen with lot of objects like [card]port[/card]

Amnezy is immune to spells, demon may rise will do nothing and you demonic portal will fail, to exchange the attack, you will take the attack but not put your attack to her.
