new rooms in PVP

could we get some new rooms in PVP (not tournament mode) Where casual players like myself wont end up facing a guy with 2000+ elo who can afford to drop cash on the game? maybe a room for 12-16 level players or have rooms for people with 1500-1600 elo or something of the works?

hopefully that's exactly what happens after they initiate the new stuff they say there doing.
Like with the level cap being raised I would assume that will open up quite a few new rooms that will give a little more separation for the new/ low level players
