Well I don't know if it's a bug, but I didn't know where to put this topic but here. So I bought the Artworks book, and I got the code, but it's not working. I think it's missing one letter/number because when I enter the code I can still write one letter/number. Any help?

Are you sure you did not misunderstood an"l" character with a "1"?
if not, send a message to the support ("contact us" in your mailbox)

I'm sure, as there are no capital letters in my code. And I already sent it.

mines didn't work at first but the number 1 and lower case "L" look the almost similar double check closely at the 1's make sure they are all angled same. The top flange of The character if it's flat it's a Lower case "L" if it's at an angle it's the number 1. I could be wrong and it's the opposite i know i played around with that till it was correct.
but that's how I corrected it. if you tried that already then I dunno. and Good luck

strange they've always taken care of my requests fairly quickly, or have replied to me within a few days. hopefully soon someone will check this post..
