Sellable cards after fusion ?

Since when combining sellable card + non-sellable yields non-sellable?

Bragan from quest + Fiery Sword from marketplace yielded non-sellable Bragan lvl 3

Has there been a change because, before I used to do business selling adventure mode characters by combining them with cards from the marketplace?

The rule is :
If the cards of the highest rarity involved in the merging process are sellable, the result is sellable.

Bragan and Alishk are common, the result should be sellable.
Are you sure you choose the correct card in the merging process ?
