Advent Calendar Disappeared

I finally managed to get back into the game a few minutes ago and to my dismay the Advent Calendar isn't showing. There's just less than 30 minutes for me to collect this day 1 character (Catalyna). I hope this will be resolved that should the I pass over to day 2 that I do not have to spend feez to collect day 1.

Due to the unusual amount of time needed to resolve our current server issues, all running events will be extended by at least two days. Also, windows from the Advent Calendar you are not able to open due to service unavailability will be free.

ok so the advent calender is back but now every time I try to claim the day one card, it either doesn't open at all, or it gives me an error message.
