Pirate deck advice?

Currently the deck has Balastar, Ica-Rusty (to be replaced by S.A.R.A.H. when I can afford to), and Meister Galene

The rest of the cards are:

Civil War
Ziloween
Cutlass X2 *
Time Bomb X3
Detonation X3
Emergency Generator X3
Infected Serum X3
Jolly Roger X3
Master Piece *
Odds and Ends X2 *
Overload X3
Size 50 monkey wrench
Portable Heater X3
Technological Advance *

The ones marked with an * I'm thinking about buying up to 3 when I can afford to, just short on crystal. Things I can easily add if they would help the deck:

Emerald Sword
In the nick of time X3
Picnic X3
The Pirate Code X3

Is there anything other than S.A.R.A.H. that I should be saving up crystals for? I know there's a pretty cheap card for healing golems. And some cards that function better when played by Meister Galene. Anything that should be pulled out of the deck? The wrench is only there so I can level Balastar when he gets enough XP. Should I buy more of them after I use it to level him? Not planning to level Ica-Rusty past 2. By the time I can buy his arm I should be able to afford S.A.R.A.H.

I think your deck has too many of everything - when put together, it will be so much randomness.

First of all you have to decide what would be your playstyle. Either to buff Ica/SARAH or deal dmg with your craftsmen.

Odds and Ends can be replaced by [card]Pirate Brawl[/card]
You don't really need:
Cutlass
Timebomb
Detonation
Overload
Masterpiece

Supplying can go with Pirate Code to increase HP regen.
Technological advance can just keep at 1-2. Only craftsmen can use and not many of your items would be in the discard pile early to get the full effect.
