I was just talking random there and didn't meant to attack anyone but i still think that we (brazilians) are the last in paying players between the 4 countries. We prioritize boosters and only a few is willing to pay 50 bucks for a single card. But who cares.
Leaving all the opinions about Feerik and events aside, one thing must be said. That Dark Witch worth any effort to get (time, money or both) and this make up for the difficulty of the event. She's at Scragh and Shulong tier and give you free farm in any boss. I pity the fools that wont get her.

Fun fact: last year Halloween's event was quite enjoyable. You just needed to pick the candies during matches but in other hand it wasnt free. You had to buy boosters to get some key cards to do some fusions.

I actually have to apologize. Earlier in this thread I stared it was an event you could complete for free. Though technically true, is not reality.

To obtain cheapest witch you have to complete 10 missions, which is 2 missions a day for the 5 days given. In the very least, that is around 20 games a day just for missions, if you find the right opponents. To get all three cards, you are looking at 31 missions, or at least 6 missions a day.

If you wanted to just buy the fees for all cards you are looking at close to 6200 feez which comes out to $95.

Not bitching about cost/grind per se, just amending my previous statement.

For what it worth, with my clan, I succeed to get the white witch this morning (10 missions in 3 days). And for free of course.

Without help from friends to be sure to have masks in the opposing deck, this is another story....

This. I got the Dark Witch yesterday for free but I got al ot of help from clan members and random friends. Its a good lesson for future events: get friends. They arent only for chat.

Having friends doesn't matter for the bosses.

Silly event made to really push paying, guilds, and getting your friends into a money grabbing game.

Masks does a lot....
Put your mask on in adventure mode, you will see some differences.

And if you had only to pay for one mission, this reduce a lot the money you need.

After that, give a dog a bad name and hang him.....

So, in about a week, you wanted me to get all the way to 7 different bosses and then beat them, with 4 masks. Not even a week, as you guys didn't have the stats up for the first day or two. Nope, skipping this paying event.

You couldn't have done something like the Eclipse event. Idea for next year, make us fight powered up versions of dead characters.

You also forget that I left for about 4-6 month in that year of play. But this is getting really off topic.

Point I'm trying to make is the last Event with Theya was fun, interesting, and you know what? Actually got me to pay! 7 bucks for two 12 card boosters struck me as a deal. This doesn't seem like a good deal and the fact that they needed to make another mission just to get people to play with the masks strikes me as desperate. That last statement is moot however, if they were planning on doing it in the first place anyway. Would have made more sense to put it out the day the event started though.

i concede that this is way doable than the the events in the earlier years.

i have played on and off for a little over 2 years and i think this is a good step in the right direction

my only gripe about adventure mode is i was not playing when dark tower was released so i didnt think to complete that for my 7th boss, it took me 2 days to finish nomad. and I was doing this prior to the masks having any stats.. >_< since stats are there now, it should be easier

I finished scragh, I think this event is easier (in that you don't need a good deck per guild) but longer and annoying since you would need other people's help, so an active clan and friends list really comes into play. A LOT.

I guess I should look into improving a lot of things.. @_@

*oh and since some are 23 energy, that adventure really held me back for about 2 days.. so i think there is some point in the boss, maybe lower the number a bit in the future..

**i think this is one of the better characters like scragh and shulong and kaes, so the 2 boosters i bought is worth it for me.. depends on perspective i guess

i am not sure if you are referring to me, but if you are, what I am saying is, i resumed playing only recently and I have not tried the dark towers yet. so I proceeded to kill the normal bosses easily except nomad boss since he recycles the deck when i equip my masks and i was trying to kill that until someone pointed out to me to try the towers.

i am also done with the tower the other day.

if only you could have enlightened me with your inspiring wisdom and trained me with your overwhelming skill, i would have finished sooner.. a shame.

Yes, because with a queen deck you can beat lots of bosses from the dark tower....
Especially due to the fact you encounter 3 times Toxik....

Note also that a Queen deck requires no legendary, no big rare (multi-task is banned from some bosses in dark tower).

Discard and Eclipse went on top of ELO, discard is still there.
Queen never reach such high....
Check what is OP and what is not.

Came across two different black witches. Loaded down properly with tornado, lightning bolts lv 3, you know, all the heavy hitting mage stuff. Not nearly as difficult as kaes the tormentor. Wiped her out by turn 5 both times.
