i was wondering why Iro keeps getting his turn bonus every round is this a bug?

Yeah...i misread that as well. The description says he gains bonus turn 1 TO 5. So no, it's not a bug.

thats right
read carefully the turn order
turn 1 to 5 = turn 1,2,3,4,5 getting + 1 att and + 1 def until the end of the game
