The point is to use illumination with Katori and Shulong. 1st turn Katori Shadow Master, 2nd turn Shulong Collision for extra magic damage. The Fog Hydra is there to help with tempo and goes along with the theme. Let me know what you think.

The problem here is that you're gonna be drawing mad AoE cards with little ways to actually use them. I'd cut down on both [card]Shadow Master[/card] and [card]Collision[/card] to 2 each, which would make more use of Illumination. Another [card]The Art of Tracking[/card] would do wonders, and perhaps a chainable Event card to round out the list.
Although since Hydra and Shulong can use Collision you can keep that at three and toss a Shadow Master. I would take out Tsume as well, as I think only Katori Kage can use it. Take it down to 1 if you must keep it.
Also, After Katori Kage uses Shadow Master, wouldn't Fog Hydra+It is time do an extra 2 damage since his attack is considered magical?

Thats a good idea. I will take out 1 shadow master and 1 collision. Yes on the fog hydra question. Basically the ideal draw would turn be 1 Katori-shadowmaster 2 shulong-collision(+2 dmg) plus most of the time shulong does a magic attack as well. I don't know about adding a 3rd art of tracking. If Katori gets played 3 times this deck is probably going to lose. Most games do not go past turn 3. 4 max. I guess I need help with some utility cards. Any thoughts?

Maybe that Event Crow card that negates a card if their spirit is 0? I forgot what it was called. It's chainable, so that's cool. [card]Journey[/card] is also a good one, never hurts toadd +1 to everything. There are others but I'm brainfarting.

I have played a similar deck but with Yu instead of shulong. worked great and tsume typically becomes a dead card when the focus is aoe. the idea was typically shadow masters on turn 1 and 2, then a collision from either hydra with it is time>illumination or just using Yu with it. I would personally just switch the tsumes for it is time's.
