Umm, so I've been a player for at least 2 years and I have been an avid fan of the free feez feauture. But one day I thought that the free feez wasn't substantial enough for me so, I looked up what payment options there were. I saw that there was a prepaid card called rixty that I could get! so I went I bought a $25 card, and everything turned out fine and I got my desired feez. So assuming that this option still worked I wanted to go buy more, so I went and bought $40 on this game card. And when I try to redeem my feez, it says that the payment wasn't available in my country, the USA, when I used that payment once already! So now I have $40 I really wanna spend on this game, but it won't lets me, and I'm really sad about it... Can someone tell if they could help me, maybe a mod can help me cause I really wanna spend this $40 on this game! Thank you very much

I live in the US and it allows me to use Rixty cards, why can't you? it won't through facebook but it will through

I'm registered as USA, and I play on the website, it just say I can't use this payment when I click the $40 option T^T ...

I'm registered in USA too, unless this happened within last week i think should allow you to, still just not through facebook.

UPDATE:

So I sent the complaint and they tell me that they are discontinuing their partnership with Rixty T_T </3 ... Thanks for all your help guys </3 ...
