Can any one help?

I was wondering if anyone could help me out.  I had already purchased sol' ra from the gods store.  LAter I purchased my second char from the store 'Kotori Kage' but when I checked in my collection the Kotori was not there, but I had TWO Sol'Rs.  I dont know what happened but I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get ahold of the programers to see if they could help me out?  Thanks for any info you all can give.

In-game go the the message screen (the mail icon thingy), then click the contact us button
