Necrosis Bug

When Zej pulls out his 2 actions, on occasion, 1 or both of them won't be shown as necrosis. They may be played as necrosis (they give the bonus and even appear as necrosis when pulled out to play), but for the purpose of Caress of Death, they do not count. I tried pulling them out and putting them back into my hand, and it does not fix the problem. I cannot find a pattern as to when or why, it just seems random to me. As soon as I replicate it, I will make screen shots.

PS: I believe there are different causes of this bug because in addition to above, there is a secondary bug that if I discard one of the unchanged actions, it may or may not change in the discard pile. I still do not know the cause(s) though.
